History: The building was completed in 1908 and originally owned by George Reynolds who opened a shoe shop. The business continued operating and changed hands in 1950 when Frank Jeffery bought the building. William Cairns then purchased the building on February 4, 1952 and continued the shoe store business until his son, Ted, took over the business on January 01, 1963. Ted sold to Milton and Wayne Shaw on August 15, 1967 and the Shaw family continued to operate the business as a shoe shop until June 30, 2005. It closing was a sad day in the history of Stirling.

Goognight Vienna Antiques opened the door on November 19, 2005. You will find antiques, collectibles and unique gifts befitting any decor. The shop has retained the original tin ceiling, shelves and oak ladders that run on a rail both sides of the shop. For those of you who are interested in Ontario history, this shop has retained original architectural details that will be treasured for years to come. The building is situated opposite the Covered Bridge on Mill St.
